What does Salamati Building Cleaning do?

Salamati supplies full-time cleaning staff, men and women, on annual contracts invoiced monthly. We work with companies, government entities, buildings and offices across the UAE. We can also supply the cleaning materials and equipment. Salamati has been licensed in Sharjah for building cleaning since 2007.

Is Salamati licensed, and since when?

Yes. Salamati Building Cleaning has held a Sharjah licence for building cleaning since 2007. Our office is in Sharjah, and we supply cleaning staff across the UAE.

Do you supply full-time cleaning staff on an annual contract?

Yes. Salamati supplies full-time cleaning staff on annual contracts, invoiced monthly. The number of cleaners, their hours and their working days are set in your quote.

How is the contract invoiced?

The contract runs for a year and we invoice it monthly, so you receive one invoice each month.

Do you supply both male and female cleaners?

Yes. We supply men and women. Tell us how many of each you need when you ask for a quote.

Can you supply the cleaning materials and equipment?

Yes, we can also supply the cleaning materials and equipment, so the staff and the supplies come from one place. If you prefer to buy your own supplies, we price the staff only. Tell us which you want when you ask for a quote.

Yes. Our staff come to your site in uniform.

What happens if a cleaner is absent?

If one of our cleaners is absent, contact us and we will arrange a replacement as soon as we can.
