Who we are

What we collect
When you ask for a quote, we receive what you type in the form: your company, name, phone number, email if you give it, and the details of the job. When you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your messages, your WhatsApp profile name and your phone number.
How we use it
Only to answer you, prepare a quote and contact you about it. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
WhatsApp messages
Messages to our WhatsApp number go through the WhatsApp Business Platform, which is run by Meta. An automated assistant answers simple questions and collects the details for a quote. A member of our team handles every quote and anything the assistant cannot answer. Please do not send card or bank details in the chat.
Who else handles it
The companies that carry the messages for us: Meta (WhatsApp), our email provider and our hosting provider, Cloudflare. They use it only to provide that service.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry. If you become a client, for the length of the contract and for as long as the law requires us to keep records.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Message us on WhatsApp or write to info@salamati.ae.
