What decides the price of a cleaning-staff contract

The price of a cleaning-staff contract depends on four things: how many cleaners you need, how many hours and days they work, where the site is, and whether the supplier also provides the cleaning materials and equipment. Salamati prices every contract for its own site, at competitive prices, and does not publish a price list.

The four things that set the price

  • Number of cleaners: more cleaners means a higher monthly price. Tell the supplier how many men and how many women you need.
  • Hours and days: the hours per day and the days per week each cleaner works.
  • Location: where the site is, meaning the emirate and the area.
  • Materials and equipment: if the supplier provides them, they are part of the price. If you buy your own, you pay for the staff only.

Each of these is a number or a yes or no, so you can send all four in one message.

Why we do not publish a price per cleaner

Two sites with the same number of cleaners can need different hours, different days and different supplies. A price given before the supplier knows these details is only a guess. So we ask a few questions first, then send a quote based on your site.

This is also why a price per cleaner found online is hard to use. It rarely says how many hours it covers, or whether materials are in it. We know some buyers want a quick number to compare, but a number that is not based on your site can mislead more than it helps.

How to compare quotes

  1. Ask every supplier to price the same thing: the same number of cleaners, the same hours and days, the same site.
  2. Check whether the cleaning materials and equipment are in the price or not.
  3. Check whether the staff come in uniform.
  4. Ask what happens when a cleaner is absent, and who you contact.
  5. Check the length of the contract and how often you are invoiced.
  6. Read what each quote includes before you compare the totals.

If your needs change during the year

If you add cleaners, change the hours or ask the supplier to start providing the materials, the price changes with it. Agree in writing how these changes are priced, so the monthly invoice holds no surprises.
